Evaluating Competitiveness in the Supply Chain Management of Small and Medium Scale Enterprises

This research investigated Supply Chain Management (SCM) in Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) Thailand, Slovakia, Poland compared the SCM practices among three countries. The sole purpose was to first determine various factors that influence operations each of countries then find out whether there is a difference terms practices. study conducted using primary data collected from SME management personnel A structured questionnaire used collect 5-point Likert scale. analyzed multi-group Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). results indicated supply chain adopted by small medium enterprises were invariant. environmental sustainability elements social aspects have positively influenced all recommended SMEs should consider adopting support SCM, operationalizing through enhancing capabilities end-user, vitally taking into consideration such as environmentally-friendly production processes, action towards waste management, processes inhibit emission harmful substances atmosphere encouraging implementation policies foster use renewable energy sources production.
